Neo 1 stands at micstand in the USL corner and has a hand held tape recorder with The Doors ‘When the Music’s Over’ and florescent light. Neos A & B are downstage to the right and a distance from Neo 1.

Music on (over mic) and after 3 or so seconds off. Florescent clicked light on.

1: One: Tiny Voices. Tiny Lines. [inhale, small whispery voice] Wake up.
A: (seated reaching forward to turn on white light ball nearby on floor) I am awake.
1: [inhale, small whispery voice] Wake up.
B: (seated reaching up to turn naked hanging bulb on) I am up!

1: (Music on/off) Two: Everything IS dot dot dot Everything
Neo A has 3 props. Shows Neo B; each time Neo B says ‘Yep’ and then A tosses the prop at/toward 1 or B.

1: (Music on/off) Three: Sample Conversation (A swings hanging light)
B: Do you think you can fuck around?

A answers

B: You can’t fuck around.
A: I can’t?
B: Well a little. [Pause A turns light off/on/off] Okay, you can. [Pause A turns light on] Sometimes.

1: (Music on/off) Four: No One Wants To Hear About Your Misery.
A: (pointing to a body part) So I went to the doctor…

B interrupts & sings a part of a song about doctor/medicine quickly stopped by

1: (Music on/off) Five: Up For Interpretation or Some Words Are Just Funny
A: Balls (B centers fishbowl with water)
B: Balls (B opens tea & dunks bag(s) into fishbowl)
A: Balls/
B: /Balls
A: Balls
B: Tea
A: (holding out hands) Ballsb bballs! (B: t t t?)
B: (slapping A’s open hands with tea bags) Teabagging.

Hanging and floor lights off.  Music on. Teabags tossed? A&B continue with soft ‘Balls/ Teabagging’. 1 snickers/tsks/clears throat near mic & looks around the space.  Lights out.
